When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which is valid from the date you have ordered.

When using your right of withdrawal:

You must report that you want to cancel. The message should be sent to us support@hamoni.com.au In your message, you must provide your name, address, e-mail address, order number and goods to be returned.

You should return the products to us immediately and within the 14 days.

You are responsible for return shipping, return packaging, and that the products arrive in good condition upon return. The product(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and in new condition.

We will only provide return shipping or cover a product exchange if there has been an order error on our part

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products where the seals or sealings have been broken or removed due to health and hygiene reasons.

Products has been used and show the using mark on itself

We ship with Postnord or Express courier.

Cancellations
