Shipping

The personal details and delivery address must be filled in the correct text boxes using roman alphabets.

Incorrect personal details may lead to delays, hinders in delivery and extra costs, so please ensure that you have included full address and contact details before placing your order.

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide
correct shipping address. You will be contacted by us (via email
address support@hamoni.com.au) if we have hinderance to dispatch your order, if your order has not been dispatched for over 7 days, please check your email (including Junk mailbox.)

For unfulfilled orders / orders not delivered due to incorrect
personal detail, we will charge the packaging fee and handling fee. Returned orders will not be resent, please place a new order in this case. 

Shipping cost

The prices given on the products are excluding freight. Freight costs are
additional and have to be paid by the customer. You will be informed of the
freight cost when you make your order at checkout.

You can choose to pick up your purchase in our store. Shop
opening hours and address can be found on CONTACT page. As soon as your goods are ready for collection, we will contact you via email or SMS.

We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by shipping agents.

Should delays in delivery occur (without notification in advance
about a longer delivery time), please contact us at e-mail info@hamoni.com.au.

Pick up at the store

Show the order. Remember to bring valid identification (ID card)
when you pick up your package. Representative show both identities.

If you are not able to pick up your package within the time
frame, it may be possible for our customer service to extend the length of your
stay.

Uncollected package and failed delivery

Uncollected packages returned to us will be deducted at your
risk and we will not be responsible for the product after it has been returned to us. Therefore, it is important to receive or accept the delivery of your parcel, even if you regret the order. For uncollected packages, we will charge the shipping fee, return shipping fee, and handling fee.

Any original shipping fee for Free Shipping will also be charged
to the customer in this case.

Transport damage

Should you discover any damage that occurs during the transport home / agent to you, report it immediately to support@hamoni.com. For this to take effect, you must carefully check the package for visible damage when receiving your goods.

If you suspect that the shipment is damaged during transport (visible damage), you must immediately report this to the freight forwarder by writing this on the consignment note and contact us at support@hamoni.com.au.

Buyer is responsible for inspecting the product and packaging for visible damage within 24 hours of receipt. Any visible damage to the product or packaging should be reported directly to the carrier. If you find any damage, please contact customer service (support@hamoni.com.au). Do not throw away the damaged package. Document it with a photo and keep it until your complaint is approved.

In the event of transport damage, the packaging must always be saved for any complaint to the forwarder or exchange of goods. A product where it is determined that the damage can be attributed to the transport is replaced free of charge by a new item or a refund.

Hamoni Homewares aims to offer accurate shipping times but cannot take responsibility for shipping delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages caused by weather conditions, local delivery errors or delays while crossing international borders.
